This unique method has been developed after years of being a mum, working with mums and and watching them struggle to make any kind of significant change in their lives easily.

What became clear is that the life of a working mum generally exceeds their capacity on a daily basis.

The term ‘work life balance’ has been thrown around as the solution for years. Like if mums were a bit smarter or really put their minds to it, they would work out how make it all work. Find a balance where they could get it all done without hitting complete exhaustion or breaking themselves in the process. Oh and if they could be happy while they do it even better!

But how do you find balance when it’s simply too much? How do you be happy when too much of your life is doing things you don’t even want to be doing?

One to one coaching is still the absolute best way to achieve all that you want to achieve. Books are great. Online stuff can be helpful. But they aren’t enough to cut through the layers of issues. 2. THE GIRL WITHIN: Rediscover the girl within who’s been pushed aside while we’re being all responsible and grown up but is actually fundamental to who we are and what makes us happy. Rediscover values, vision and purpose and the things that make us happy.

3. GOALS & TOOLS: Set goals that are totally aligned with the person we are and the life we want to live. Then develop a customised toolset to achieve them using the happily thriving plan and supplemented by individual tools provided by Jo.

4. SUPPORT CYCLE: Full support to help through the tricky parts and clarity when things seem too hard. This is a huge key to success. It’s the longest and toughest part of the process but ultimately delivers the biggest results.
